About
I’m a security professional and this is an information security blog. I’ll talk about the following security topics:
-
Software Security
-
Computer and Network Security
-
Security Professionalism, specifically the CISSP and CSSLP
-
Security Management
-
Security Issues and trends
This blog is my attempt to share my vocation with others. Some of you may be thinking that information security could be “it.” Some of you may already know. Either way, I hope that I can share the theory, practice, and discipline of security in a way that helps you enjoy the theory and practice of security a bit more. To help with that, I’ll bring in the expertise of other professionals. As a community we have come a long way since the early days of computing. Hopefully, you can learn from our mistakes (there have been many). It also means that you can take the industry to the next level.
This is my own blog. In the interest of full disclosure, I work at Microsoft during the day, but try not to let that affect my opinions here. This blog is my personal contribution to the community at large.
I believe that we have only written the first chapter or two in the book of information security. We still have much to learn and much to do. In the field of software security we haven’t even figured out all the right questions. So don’t be afraid to innovate. The security space is an expanding universe, and I hope that many of you will come along for the ride.

I really like your post. Does it copyright protected?

I’ll take it for granted that you have no problem with syndication based on your RSS feed. It follows the terms of your CC License and you do host it seemingly for that purpose. Let me know if I assume falsely, as it could be considered redistribution.
@Sunny Molini
Sunny, syndication is fine. I’m trying to spread the word and you can certainly help. Thanks for offering. It would also help me if you support trackbacks so that I can keep track of which posts are most valuable for the audience.
Thanks,
